Refund Policy

This policy is issued by Olbrain Labs Private Limited (“Olbrain”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013HR2024PTC123898) with its registered office at 825-26, Emaar Emerald Plaza, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana — 122102. It covers purchases of the Olbrain Alchemist Developer plan and Alchemist credit packs (alchemist.olbrain.com).

01

What you buy

The Developer plan is one month of access and includes 2,000 credits for that month. It does not renew automatically: you pay for each month you want. Credit packs add 500, 1,000 or 2,500 credits and need an active plan. Credits pay for building and running agents with Alchemist.

02

When credits expire

Plan credits expire at the end of the month they came with. Credit-pack credits expire 365 days after purchase. The free credits given at sign-up expire after 90 days.

03

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase.

A refund removes the refunded credits from your account. If refunded credits were already spent, we deduct them from your balance.

04

How to ask

Email support@olbrain.com from the address on your Olbrain account, with the date and amount of the purchase. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 working days to show it.

05

Purchases outside India

Outside India, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and the seller of these purchases. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply alongside this policy, and Paddle issues the refund. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your purchase receipt.

06

Purchases in India

In India, Olbrain sells directly and payments go through Razorpay. We refund through Razorpay and issue a GST credit note for the refunded amount.

07

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
