Once Olbrain approves your organisation, your team can build and test any number of Agent Systems before publication. Each published Agent System receives one 30-day free period. Paid Agent, orchestrator and usage billing begins on day 31 unless the system is cancelled.

The orchestrator is added only when several Agents share one interface. Organisation platform fees, completed-response usage, workflow-step usage, knowledge-base indexing and storage, Olbrain FDE services and applicable taxes are additional.

If Agents are published separately without a shared interface, each Agent is charged at ₹19,800 per month and no orchestrator charge applies.

The routing layer for a shared interface. It selects the appropriate specialist Agent while preserving one user experience.

One completed execution of a workflow node in a published Agent System, counted once when that step finishes.

The ₹10,000 monthly platform fee starts when Olbrain approves your organisation.
Your team, third-party FDEs or Olbrain FDEs can build and test Agent Systems before publication. Only indexed knowledge-base storage and approved Olbrain FDE days are additionally charged.
Publication starts one 30-day free period for that Agent System. The meter records usage, but no Agent, orchestrator, response or workflow-step charges are payable during the period.
From day 31, Agent and orchestrator subscriptions are prepaid monthly, and completed responses and executed workflow steps are billed postpaid.

This is Olbrain’s standard commercial summary, not an agreement. Customer-specific schedules, waivers and negotiated terms override it only for their stated scope and period. Subscription months, cancellation, paused systems, partial months, data protection, service levels and other legal terms are governed by the applicable agreement.
