Olbrain is the Agent OS for enterprises. The platform runs, governs and builds AI agent systems that enterprises can trust with real work — work where the outcome matters, where the audit trail is not optional, and where accountability stays with the enterprise.
An agent system combines one or more agents with the data, tools, workflows and governance required to achieve one defined business objective. Enterprises run, govern and build agent systems on Olbrain.
Olbrain enters large enterprises through FP&A. The first agent system reproduces the finance team’s own forecast — on its own methods and data — before it is trusted with anything more. From that first system, the enterprise expands deeper into finance and across its other functions, each new agent system arriving on the same governed operating layer.
Most agent platforms help enterprises deploy agents quickly. Olbrain asks the harder question: can you still answer for what it did? Every agent system on Olbrain carries a provable self-identity and a signed, append-only audit record — so actions are attributable, decisions are traceable, and governance has something to attach to.
Agents on Olbrain are agent-built. The Alchemist build system — a super-agent orchestrator directing specialist sub-agents — constructs, tests and ships production agent systems. Enterprises can build on their own (self-serve), work alongside an Olbrain forward-deployed engineer (FDE), or co-build with joint teams. The same OS supports all three motions.
Olbrain is a full-stack agent operating system. Enterprises use it to build agent systems that handle material business objectives end to end, with humans on the exceptions — starting with FP&A: collecting forecast inputs from their owners, reconciling the number against its sources and explaining what changed. The same OS carries the next objectives, from regulatory operations and research analysis to hiring and sales outreach.
The platform is organised around three pillars:
Agent self-identity on Olbrain is defined by three individually necessary properties, collectively called the CNE-Protocol:
Coherence (C) — the agent stays consistent with its own past reasoning and its Core Objective Function.
Narrative Continuity (N) — the same agent persists across time via persistent memory; a continuous narrative, not a stateless process re-created each run.
Exclusivity (E) — one provable, un-clonable agent per role, enforced by the Global Narrative Frame (GNF).
Self-identity and the signed audit record are live in production. Cryptographic enforcement of exclusivity and narrative continuity is the frontier being built. The formal mathematical foundations are set out in published whitepapers.
FP&A at a listed manufacturer. A five-agent FP&A system, co-built with the finance team, reproduces the company’s validated financial model against its own data. It is in build and validation, with management approval as the next step.
A regulated lending NBFC: four agents co-built through UAT, one at BRD stage, with five more identified by the client.
A boutique consulting firm tested one agent, then identified eight more.
Ten recorded engagements, all arrived via referral; zero paid acquisition. Approximately 70 repositories, more than a million lines of production code and 15,000+ commits.
The Machine Brain (by 2027) — the first agentic operating layer inside enterprises. Digital agents handling material business objectives, governed by self-identity.
The Cybernetic Brain (by 2032) — embodied agents in physical environments. Machines with continuous identity operating in the real world.
The Positronic Brain (by 2042) — the analog brain. Hardware and software inseparable.
